Membership is open to individuals and to organizations. Each band runs for one year from the date you join.
Individuals

Nature enthusiasts, caring citizens and professionals.
Organizations
₹3,000 per year
Schools, institutions and organizations joining as a body.
Annual subscription charges, valid for one year. Nature enthusiasts, caring citizens and professionals all join under Individuals.

Champion the Cause
- Promote Foundation vision, campaigns, and goals.
- Act as a community ambassador for conservation and sustainability.
Volunteer Commitment
- Dedicate 7+ days/year to Foundation activities.
- Or participate in one major annual campaign/event.
Support Campaigns & Events
- Assist in organizing/promoting eco-drives, plantations, cleanups, and engagements.
- Coordinate with schools, institutions, or local bodies as needed.
Knowledge Sharing & Learning
- Join workshops, webinars, and trainings.
- Contribute skills in education, media, art, research, logistics, or outreach.
Environmental Responsibility
- Practice daily sustainability (reduce, reuse, recycle; respect nature).
- Promote eco-habits in schools, workplaces, or neighbourhoods.
Collaborate & Network
- Initiate projects/challenges with members.
- Engage in forums, idea-sharing, and feedback.
Report & Document
- Log activities for certification; submit if required.
- Share photos, testimonials, or stories.
Integrity & Conduct
- Uphold honesty, inclusivity, and respect.
- Avoid unauthorized use of Foundation name/logo.

Before you apply
By applying for membership, you agree to these terms, promoting ecological awareness, nature education, and sustainable practices in line with UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Mission Commitment
Uphold and support Vanalok Foundation's mission, vision, and core values.

Certificate Eligibility
Contribute at least 7 volunteer days annually or participate in one major campaign. The Membership Enrolment Certificate is issued only upon meeting this requirement within the membership year.

Eligibility
Open to all individuals passionate about nature, environment, and social impact, without restrictions on age, profession, or background.

Active Participation
Engage with Foundation communications on volunteering, campaigns, and events.

Non-Transferability
Membership is personal and non-transferable; apply with accurate details.

Code of Conduct
Act with integrity, inclusivity, and respect. Misconduct may lead to suspension or termination.

Voluntary Involvement
Membership is voluntary and non-contractual, except as specified in programs.

Amendments
The Foundation may amend terms; changes will be communicated promptly.

Termination
Membership ends for non-compliance or voluntary withdrawal.
Membership enrollment
Become a member
To enrol, write to us with your name, the band you are joining under (Student, Individual or Organization), and your school or organization if that applies. We will confirm your membership and send the certificate, ID and welcome kit.
